Orders
After your pro-account has been accepted. You can place an order directly through our website by logging in to your stylist account.
Once you're ready, proceed to checkout where you can complete your purchase securely.
You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is successfully placed.
Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement.
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
After this window, orders begin processing and we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are securely processed to protect your information.
Your order will be shipped from our USA Head Quarters in Dallas, Texas.
Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday from 9am to 12pm CDT.
Orders placed before 12pm CDT are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm CDT or on weekends/statutory holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping times vary depending on your selected shipping method.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to track your package's progress through our shipping carrier's website.
Delivery times and rates vary based on state. Please reference our estimated guidelines below.
United States: 1-4 business days. Major centres receive next day delivery and rural areas take between 5-7 business days.
Shipping
Yes, we proudly offer expedited shipping on all orders. During checkout, you can select the shipping option that best suits your needs.
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping rates vary based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected.
You can view the shipping cost for your order at checkout before finalizing your purchase.
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and the original hygiene seal is intact. For hygiene reasons, once the package is opened, the hair is considered a final sale.
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.
We do not charge restocking fees on returned items.
The original shipping fee, card charges, and return shipping charges are for the customer account and will be deducted from your refund.
To return an item, contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number and instructions.
Once you receive the authorization, package the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable method.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the package reaches our office.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Warranty
Yes, all Onlypro Hair Extensions come with a 120-day pro-rated warranty against manufacturing defects. You can read our full Warranty Policy.
Your warranty should be registered within 14 days of the order being shipped.

To file a warranty claim, contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue.
We may request photos of the product to assess the defect.
If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.
If you did not register your warranty, we will not accept any warranty claims. To ensure you are covered, please make sure to register your warranty within 14days after purchase.

Product Care
To keep your hair extensions looking their best we suggest that your follow our Hair Extension Care Guide.
While our extensions are made from 100% human hair and can be colored, we recommend having a professional colorist who is experienced with extensions perform any color work.
Bleaching is not recommended as it can cause damage to the hair.
TAKE NOTICE that coloring extensions will void the warranty.
